Spicy potato wedges… need I say more?
3 lbs potatoes
1 tsp EACH cumin, coriander, paprika, chili powder, salt
1/4 tsp EACH cayenne, ground pepper
2 tsp canola oil
Preheat oven to 500 degrees (aka hotter than the sun). Scrub potatoes thoroughly and cut into thick wedges. Toss with spices and oil in a large bowl. Lay in single layer on large cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes excellent ketchup delivery device.
